C\u2019est un outil collectif d\u2019accompagnement individuel.<\/li><li>Il existe un point commun entre tous les participants: soit une pr\u00e9occupation commune (d\u00e9velopper son leadership ou conduire la r\u00e9ussite commerciale de son \u00e9quipe \u2026etc\u2026) , soit une caract\u00e9ristique commune (tous sont jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ou tous sont en voie de cr\u00e9ation de leur entreprise \u2026 etc\u2026 )<\/li><li>Un groupe Mastermind se maintient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans la dur\u00e9e. Certains groupes continuent de fonctionner au bout de dix ans. Un groupe d\u2019une dizaine de pairs parmi lesquelles un facilitateur, un demandeur et des consultants. Le facilitateur anime la s\u00e9ance, le demandeur expose la situation \u00e0 laquelle il est confront\u00e9, les consultants s\u2019efforcent de lui fournir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse. Chaque participant est contributeur volontaire, en qualit\u00e9 de demandeur ou de consultant. Se cr\u00e9e ainsi un r\u00e9seau d\u2019entraide et de convivialit\u00e9 : en aidant le demandeur, chaque participant ressort grandi. <\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>D\u00e9roulement d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance type:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Collecte des situations apport\u00e9es par les participants et choix d\u2019une premi\u00e8re situation \u00e0 consulter en fonction de l\u2019urgence et\/ou de la priorit\u00e9 <br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Phase de questionnement : destin\u00e9e \u00e0 clarifier la demande initiale, elle permet d&rsquo;approfondir la probl\u00e9matique et de pr\u00e9ciser les besoins du demandeur en ouvrant son champ de r\u00e9flexion.<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Contrat: le demandeur est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 reformuler et \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser sa demande. Il pose alors un contrat avec ses consultants en leur indiquant les aspects sur lesquels il aurait besoin d\u2019\u00eatre aid\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Exploration : chaque consultant apporte une aide concr\u00e8te au demandeur en fournissant conseils, pr\u00e9conisations, recommandations, t\u00e9moignages, nouveaux questionnements\u2026 <br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"fr\" xml:lang=\"fr\">Synth\u00e8se et \u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un plan d\u2019action par le demandeur.
